Position Overview:
The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with corporate clients in the wholesale market, particularly in the women's ethnic wear segment. This role requires a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, someone who can manage multiple client accounts and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Understand the specific requirements of corporate clients (retailers, boutiques, etc.) and recommend suitable products.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring continued business growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing any concerns.
• Sales Activities:
• Share daily updates on new product arrivals, promotions, and designs over WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Use digital tools, including WhatsApp, emails, and video calls, to sell products and maintain contact with clients.
• Process orders accurately and promptly, managing the order fulfillment process.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding pending orders, payments, or deliveries.
• Market Awareness & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in ethnic wear and fabrics used in the Indian garment industry.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the latest collections and best-selling items.
• Sales Targets & Performance:
• Work to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client orders, sales, and communication in Google Sheets and other CRM tools.
• Multitasking & Client Management:
• Manage multiple client inquiries, meetings, and transactions simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Offer personalized sales experiences to clients over video calls or in-person meetings as required.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Handle client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, working to resolve them to the client's satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, fashion sales, or wholesale distribution. Experience in selling ethnic wear or fashion apparel is a plus.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of fabrics, ethnic designs, and Indian garment industry trends is essential.
• Sales Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and an eagerness to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using WhatsApp for communication, Google Sheets for data management, and video calling tools for virtual sales.
• Client-Facing Role: Must possess a professional and polite attitude, with the ability to manage high-volume inquiries and deliver excellent service.
• Additional Skills: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a good memory for client details.

Pay: ?270,475.00 - ?343,157.00 per year
