Key Responsibilities :- To look after the territorial sales in terms of all aspects including achieving sales targets in terms of Values, Units and managing the territorial distribution network.- Achieving desired market shares in defined area- Meeting customers as per customer list and reaching required call average, coverage & compliance.- Conduct product, therapy related activities as per company marketing guidelines.- Responsible for establishing strong customer base for company products.- Generating demand from the customers, hospitals.- Driving company strategies.- Report daily calls and other effort parameters as defined as per the company guidelines in Company portal.- Enhancement of product knowledge through trainings and self learnings. - Collecting monthly stock and sales statements of the dealers and reporting sales and uploading of Secondary data on a Monthly basis in company portal with utmost accuracy.- Regular Updates on MCL (Must to See Customer List) in company internal portals.- Develop strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base - Monthly Quarterly update of database of customers- Understanding the market, the customer and the competition, gather insights from the market place.- Reporting Lead Generation in company internal portal as per BU NormsExperience : 2-6 years of preferable sales experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharmacy, most preferred being Medical Device industry.
