Job Description
- Know how to implement privatelink DNS to delegate this further to Wipro Wintel team
- Prepare Terraform code to deploy new VM\'s as per Sibelco standard
- Troubleshoot failed Terraform deployments
- Follow up on Azure Backups
- Troubleshoot failed backups
- Restore backups
- Follow up on monthly Azure spending
- Notice big spenders and follow up if this is normal/expected behavior
- List unused resources that are costing money
- Configure HCI nodes per Sibelco standards
- Deploy HCI clusters per Sibelco standards
- Update HCI clusters with Azure Update Manager
- Take action on non-compliant resources in Azure Policy
- Or propose updates to our Azure Policies stack to be up-to-date with our operating model
- Follow up on Microsoft Defender security alerts
- Follow up on service issues in Azure
- Maintain Data Collection Rules for effective monitoring of HCI
- Follow up on HCI hardware issues with xClarity
- Assist on question from Wipro Wintel team regarding new landing zone

- Understand Hub/Spoke topology
- Understand Network Security Groups/Application Security Groups
- Understand Load Balancers/Application gateways
- Understand Azure policies (& remediation)
- Basic KQL
- To create reports using Resource Graph Explorer
- To troubleshoot HCI logs
- Basic Powershell
- To script repetitive tasks
- To maintain/troubleshoot our I4I runbooks
- Know how to work with Windows Admin Center
