Engage in Agile practices as a DevOps engineer, participating in daily scrums to collaboratively prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and maintain project momentum.
Design, implement, and contribute to the maintenance of robust cloud infrastructure solutions, including the deployment of automated pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible, while ensuring alignment with standardized DevOps toolsets.
Assist in the execution of the cloud engineering roadmap by transitioning legacy systems to cloud infrastructure, automating processes, and adopting infrastructure as code, alongside technology upgrades such as AKS to maintain cutting-edge infrastructure.
Collaborate with Cloud Systems and Network Engineering teams to align DevOps practices with platform requirements, contributing to the scalability initiatives through Kubernetes for efficient resource allocation.
Provide Level 3 support and engage in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex DevOps issues, while participating in major incident responses and conference calls to support critical IT processes.
Contribute to the continuous delivery of projects and help maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for delivery and support, ensuring consistent platform provisioning, system uptime, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Engage in standard practices and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) within the team, including conducting code reviews and CI/CD testing procedures, to ensure operational excellence and stability of critical systems and infrastructure components.
Align scrum teams with standard toolsets and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
