Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Azure DevOps Architect

with a strong background in

SecOps

to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments on

Microsoft Azure

. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security best practices, and cloud governance

to drive automation, performance, and compliance in cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement

Azure DevOps

solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring frameworks.

Architect

secure and scalable cloud solutions

with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.

Develop and enforce

DevSecOps best practices

, ensuring security is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Implement and manage

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

Drive

automation

in cloud provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

Oversee cloud security, identity management, and compliance (e.g.,

Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and Azure Policy

).

Collaborate with

security teams

to implement threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and compliance auditing.

Optimize cloud

networking, storage, and compute

resources for performance and cost efficiency.

Work closely with

development teams

to improve application deployment and release strategies.

Provide

technical leadership and mentorship

to DevOps and engineering teams.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in

Azure, DevOps, and SecOps

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years

of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or related roles.

Extensive hands-on experience with

Azure services

, including

Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, App Services, and Virtual Networks

.

Strong expertise in

CI/CD pipeline design and automation

using tools like

Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

.

Deep knowledge of

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using

Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep

.

Experience in

SecOps

methodologies, including

security compliance (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001), identity and access management (IAM), and vulnerability management

.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using

PowerShell, Python, or Bash

.

Knowledge of

containerization and orchestration

with

Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)

.

Expertise in

monitoring, logging, and observability

using

Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and hangfire

Familiarity with security frameworks such as

Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM, and SOAR solutions

.

Strong understanding of

network security, firewall rules, VPNs, and DDoS protection in Azure

.

Experience in

cloud cost management and FinOps strategies

.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures

.

Exposure to

SIEM/SOAR tools

like

Azure Sentinel, Splunk,

Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as

SOC 2

.

Familiarity with

Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)

and

Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)

solutions.
