Our extensive domain and technology expertise helps drive superior competitive differentiation, customer experiences, and business outcomesJob description:Develop build test and maintain data architectures through use of various technologiesGather business requirements working with architects to move data from source to target systemsData acquisition Work with IIOT team to pull IIOT field data from Azure services event hub IOT hub MQTT etcDevelop guardrails for best practices of data usageUse programming language and tools to build datasets and combine data from different sourcesWork with data architecture to build deploy and support APIs to access commonly used dataIdentify ways to improve data reliability efficiency and qualityConsultation with business to understand data needs and assist in designing data retrieval queriesRequired Technical SkillsTechnical Skills Required Understanding of Azure stack IOT hub Event hub ADX Stream SQL KQL Databricks Synapse JSON Python Bonus to have understanding of OSI PI MQTT Ignition SeeqRequired FunctionalDomain KnowledgeAdvanced working SQL knowledge or similar experience with relational databases query authoring as well as working familiarity with a variety of databasesExperience buildingoptimizing big data data pipelines architectures and data sets especially working with Time SeriesExperience performing RCA on internalexternal data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvementStrong analytic skills working with unstructured datasetsBuild processes supporting data transformation data structures metadata dependency and workload managementManipulating processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasetsWorking knowledge of message queuing stream processing and highly scalable big data data storesStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience supporting and working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role with a degree in Computer Science Statistics Informatics Information Systems or another quantitative fieldKey skills : Azure,IOTWork experience : 5 to 8years
