Must have:
\xc2\xb7 Windows server administration working experience in L3 level
\xc2\xb7 Should have Data Centre operation (DC Ops) experience
\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting windows
servers related issues.
\xc2\xb7 Good logical skills and exposure in log analysis
\xc2\xb7 Perform tenant Cluster Buildout as per request queue\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and execute end to end Cluster Buildout workflow
\xc2\xb7 Triage, Investigate and drive mitigation for Cluster Buildout blockers
\xc2\xb7 Analyse customer impact and suggest process changes and future
improvements
\xc2\xb7 Advanced troubleshooting for complex Windows Server issues.
\xc2\xb7 Basic understating of Network concepts LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, TCP/IP
etc..
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge on AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, PXE boot
\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools
\xc2\xb7 Experience in driving Major Incident Outage Bridges
\xc2\xb7 Drive weekly/monthly review with customer
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills
\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal skills
\xc2\xb7 Must have lead exposure in leading medium to big team
\xc2\xb7 Experience in driving weekly & monthly calls with customer and preparing the
decks and writing RCAsGood to have:
\xc2\xb7 Azure Back end infrastructure support
\xc2\xb7 Advance PowerShell, Power Apps & Power Automate experience
