It is essential that the individual is familiar with AWS and Azure standards and processes and actively participates in peer reviews. Collaboration with the customer\'s technical team is crucial, and the candidate should be capable of providing design solutions when necessary. The role demands excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with robust communication skills. Experience in Agile Model methodologies is a prerequisite. The resource will be responsible for understanding the existing environment and supporting Business As Usual (BAU) operations, including responding to and resolving any BAU queries related to applications. Flexibility is key, as the resource may be required to work on new development projects or support existing applications across all environments.
