Ayushman Mitra will serve as the first point of contact for patients at healthcare facilities. They play a crucial role in facilitating the Ayushman Bharat scheme by assisting beneficiaries in accessing healthcare services and ensuring smooth operations of the scheme. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
• Patient Assistance : Greet and guide patients, providing necessary information about the Ayushman Bharat scheme and other healthcare services available.
• Documentation : Assist patients in completing the necessary documentation and verify eligibility for the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
• Coordination : Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure proper documentation as per guidelines.
• Awareness and Outreach : Conduct awareness campaigns and outreach programs to educate communities about the benefits of the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
• Support Services : Provide additional support services such as helping with hospital admissions, discharge processes, and follow-up care coordination.
Experience : Prior experience in healthcare sector, Ayushman Mitra or TPA Executive is preferred.
Education : Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Additional qualifications in healthcare or social work are a plus.
