Job Summary: The Ayushman Data Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining patient data related to the Ayushman Bharat scheme. This role is critical to ensure that all eligible patients receive the benefits of the scheme promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent data entry skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update patient data in the Ayushman Bharat portal with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify patient information and documents to ensure eligibility for the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to collect and verify necessary patient information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis as required by the management.
• Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies or issues related to patient data.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of data to relevant authorities.
• Provide support and training to other staff members on the use of the Ayushman Bharat portal.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with the Ayushman Bharat scheme and its guidelines.
• Proficient in using data entry software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles and healthcare data management.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with healthcare management systems.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
