Working cohesively with the team at the centre comprising nutritionists and centre manager to achieve monthly centre targets History taking, diagnosis, investigation recommendations, planning herbs Preparation of suitable plans for the patient as per his/her condition Advising patient/client how to take appropriate herbs and advising lifestyle changes for management of weight and medical condition Patient health monitoring: Regular follow-up with patient/client to review progress and health Review impact of plan on weight and overall health of client. Make appropriate modifications in plan accordingly Documenting and keeping record of treatment. Apprising other team members of the same. Consulting senior technical team member for clarifications and changes in plans Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge base and skills Recording and storing your notes after each consultation. Tailoring your approach to treatment based on results obtained, if needed. Ensuring that the office is stocked with fresh and well-maintained supplies. Provide consultation to patients Suggest treatment and diet schedule for those who are taking treatment Delegate responsibilities to therapists and offering feedback Manage inventory of Ayurveda related products Find ways of improving customer experience Answer calls and queries of customers To make sure the targets of the therapy centre are met Prepare descriptions of Ayurveda treatments in the menu of spas Carry out therapies and Spa treatments Meet and discuss treatment options with clients Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9100,000.00 - 9300,000.00 per month Benefits:
