Job Description

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and evaluations to determine the necessity of surgery and the best course of action.
• Good Knowledge about Surgical Procedures
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to patients before, during, and after surgery, including managing post-operative recovery and addressing any complications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and medical staff, to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal surgical outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including surgical notes, patient histories, and treatment plans.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to surgical emergencies and unforeseen complications during procedures.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, potential risks, and post-operative care.
• Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine (BAMS MS)
• Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, decision-making abilities, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex surgical procedures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong patient-focused approach with the ability to build trust and provide compassionate care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
