Role Description

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms

2. Provide accurate and personalized information about Ayurvedic health principles, products, and their benefits to customers / patients.

3. Provide expert advice and consultation to customers / Patients regarding our range of Bipha Ayurvedic products..

4. Educate customers on the benefits and uses of Ayurvedic herbs, formulations, and therapies.

5. Assist customers in selecting appropriate Bipha Ayurvedic products based on their health concerns and preferences

6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to both individual customers and Bipha Sales executives.

7. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.

8. Develop educational content such as articles, blog posts, or videos related to Ayurvedic health and our products.

9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promoting Bipha Ayurvedic products effectively.

10. Stay updated with current trends and research in Ayurvedic medicine and product development.

11. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback related to Ayurvedic products with empathy and professionalism.

12. Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, customer interactions, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Bachelor degree in Ayurveda Medicine (BAMS) from a recognized university
• Valid registration with the State Ayurveda Board
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ayurveda Doctor
• In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, techniques, and therapies
• Excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Passion for promoting holistic health and wellness
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
