Aufgaben

1) Design, development and support for the Chassis components for passenger cars
2) Experience in Design and development of chassis components like Control arms, Knuckle, Sub frame, Suspension components, Brakes, Steering etc.
3) Support for drawings, DMU packaging ,release parts and assemblies
4) Experience in OEMs is preferred
5) Smooth deliver of the assigned tasks
6) Timely and transparent customer interaction for engineering feasibility
7) Active support as and when required at the team and department level
8) Support for the MBRDI in house activities, MRMs and Presentations
9) Seamless integration with the Team in India & Germany
10) Assist team leader to achieve company goals / objectives
11) When required execute any other task assigned by Superiors

Skill Requirement:
1) Knowledge in Chassis components and aggregate design like Control arms, Knuckle, Sub frame, suspension etc.
2) Broad knowledge understanding of NVH, Ride & Handling and durability requirements related to Axle components.
3) Knowledge on Vehicle packaging, Axle kinematics, axle components, fixture testing & Vehicle testing.
4) Knowledge on manufacturing process like Sheet metal, Casting and Forging.
5) Knowledge of chassis kinematic simulation
6) Knowledge of Chassis testing requirements
7) UG NX tool : Strong in Part Design, assembly design, DMU, Kinematic design, Drawing & Team Centre
8) Well versed in component design process and engineering calculations
9) Know-how of the field issues and resolutions
10) Strong competency for design review and new ideas
11) Awareness of the design standards local and international
12) Must be well versed with the Drawing standards, Data Management, Release management and Co-Ordination
13) Design and development of Chassis parts with Supplier interaction.
14) Knowledge of GD & T.
15) Good understanding of Intercultural work management
16) German language desired

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive/Industrial production
