As a Software Developer Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical solutions to new and existing customers leveraging the AxiomSL ControllerView Platform and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.We are now looking for a Software Developer Specialist to strengthen the AxiomSL Applications Development team. You will be responsible for driving the execution of initiatives across the Nasdaq AxiomSL tecchnology portfolio of Software Products.We are looking for candidates who share those values along with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today\'s markets.With this position we offer :Join the development organization for Nasdaq AxiomSL. The main objective for the AxiomSL development team in Pune is to build state of the art regulatory calculations and reporting solutions for our global financial services clients. As a new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements and supporting rearchitecture of the enterprise product to new software paradigms.Your role and responsibilities:You will play a key role in the design and build of AxiomSL regulatory solutions and be hands on with the development of the solutions working with other members of the product development teams.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions to international clients. You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility.Furthermore, you will:Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle through well-designed, testable, and efficient AxiomSL Controller View Solution modules.Work with Application Development resources and wider team to analyze and understand business requirements and prepare/contribute to design specifications.Lead or contribute towards the development of regulatory calculation and reporting product modules.Bring innovative ideas to improve our products, the quality of deliveries, and development processes.Guide and support product implementation teams with the deployment and data integration of the regulatory applications.Lead / assist with troubleshooting and bug fixing.Contribute to the L3 support of the existing products and solutionsWe expect you to haveAt least 5-8 years of software development experienceAn excellent understanding of the AxiomSL ControllerView Platform;Knowledge of the software development lifecycles \xe2\x80\x93 particularly Agile and Prototype approachesProficient in Excel and experience with data modeling and ETL processesProficient in database query writing - preferably Oracle or MS SQL ServerHands on development of Python or R programming languages and a good understanding of XML/XBRLStrong analytical mindset and eagerness to understand and solve problemsAgile, dynamic, proactive personality.Ability to multi-task and the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands.Strong written and verbal English in business and technical contextsHigh sense of intellectual curiosity \xe2\x80\x93 self-ownership of learning and horizon-broadening opportunities.Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree or equivalent from accredited university in Computer Science, Software engineering, Finance or other related degrees.It would be great if youPrior banking or financial regulation analysis experience.Experience with other programming languages like Java.A good understanding of one of AxiomSL\xe2\x80\x99s Regulatory Solutions.Does it sound like you?
