#### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AX SCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and possess a deep understanding of supply chain management processes. The AX SCM Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and implement tailored solutions to optimize their supply chain operations.



#### Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis : Work with clients to understand their supply chain processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
• Solution Design : Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions to address client needs in areas such as procurement, inventory management, production, and logistics.
• Configuration and Customization : Configure AX modules and customize functionality to align with client-specific supply chain processes.
• Data Migration : Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to AX.
• Training and Support : Provide training to end-users and support staff on AX SCM modules, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
• Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets client requirements and functions as expected.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest AX features and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
• Collaboration : Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.




#### Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX, specifically in supply chain management.
• Proven experience in AX implementation, configuration, and support in an SCM context.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in AX SCM modules, including procurement, inventory management, production, and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of AX data structures, forms, reports, and workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and reporting tools such as SSRS.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.




#### Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics AX certification.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization techniques.




#### Work Environment:

• This position may require travel to client sites.
