:Amazon Redshift Data Engineer
(India)What\'s this role about?
Looking for Amazon Redshift Data Engineer with 5-10 years of experienceSkills required to contribute:We\'re looking for someone with:

• The ability to create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on AWS using data management technologies (Informatica) hosted on AWS
• Strong SQL skills with an awareness of all the aggregation functions supported by Redshift
• Good knowledge of Amazon Redshift security and access
• Exposure to large databases, BI applications, data quality and performance tuning
• Experience working with source code management tools such as AWS CodeCommit or GitHub
• Good practical understanding of file formats including JSON, Parquet, Avro, and others
• Knowledge of Data Types and Automatic Casting
• Knowledge of ecosystem components that specifically deal with data ingestion
• Knowledge in designing table models to represent information
• Knowledge in designing sort and distribution keys
• Ability to automate provisioning, operation, monitoring and troubleshooting of the database and data lake infrastructure, including S3 buckets
• Build Redshift data models using S4 Hana data
• Past experience in supporting a S4 HANA / AWS Analytics project.

Nice to have skills:

• Awareness of AWS ecosystem components
• Knowledge of Informatica as an ETL tool within AWS
• Knowledge of Power BI and how to prepare data in Amazon Redshift for this application/service
