Job Title- AWS Connect & LEX

Location- Noida/Remote

Need strong AWS Connect & AWS LEX minimum 3+ years experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AWS Connect and Lex developers to design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using AWS Lex. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, user-friendly chatbots and voice-based interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chatbot Design and Development:
• Design, build, and maintain chatbots using AWS Lex for conversational AI applications.
• Develop natural language understanding (NLU) intents, slots, and conversational flows.
• AWS Connect and Lex developers.
• Integration and Deployment:
• Integrate chatbots with other AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
• Ensure smooth integration with existing systems like CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs.
• Testing and Optimization:
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Optimize chatbots for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for AWS Lex implementation.
• Monitoring and Maintenance:
• Monitor chatbot performance using AWS CloudWatch and other analytics tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement feedback to improve chatbot functionality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing chatbots using AWS Lex.
• Proficiency with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and NLU concepts.
• Familiarity with integrating chatbots into web or mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
