As our team builds and supports new applications at a rapid pace, we are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Security Architect with expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services) to join our team. As an Infrastructure Security Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions for our organization\'s systems and applications hosted on AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our infrastructure. Responsibilities : Translate business requirements to technical infrastructure design solutions; which include appropriate infrastructure components associated with the system, security, application, data, and integration domains. Design and implement secure infrastructure solutions on AWS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with software development teams and system administrators to define security requirements and develop security controls. Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify risks and recommend appropriate security measures. Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for infrastructure components and services. Perform security reviews of architecture designs, infrastructure configurations, and code deployments. Understand the interaction between Public Cloud services and those owned by our client teams to effectively design systems that, leverage the strengths and mitigate the challenges posed by such interactions. Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure. Suggest improvements to network/server performance, capacity, and scalability. Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g., access authentication and disaster recovery). Perform security design reviews of applications, systems, and networks. Lead the implementation of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, web application firewalls, data loss prevention, and encryption. Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement incident response procedures. Stay up to date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures, and provide guidance to the organization on emerging security technologies and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional team members from Cloud, Product, and Engineering to deliver against cloud migration objectives. Monitor network performance and integrity. Implement architectures intended for the long term while acknowledging near-term requirements using Azure and AWS Well-Architected framework. Benefits: 401(k). Dental Insurance. Health insurance.
