Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps professional with strong deployment expertise and hands-on experience in AWS and DevOps practices with a passion for teaching, who can take online classes and mentor learners in mastering real-world scenarios and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery : Conduct in-depth training sessions on AWS services and DevOps concepts, focusing on deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation techniques.
• Hands-On Implementation: Deliver hands-on labs and real-world projects involving deployments using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Content Development: Design and update training materials, including practical exercises, case studies, and deployment scenarios tailored to industry needs.
• Deployment Expertise: Teach and demonstrate best practices for deploying scalable, secure, and efficient systems in AWS environments.
• Certifications Support: Prepare participants for certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and other relevant credentials.
• Mentorship: Guide learners through project implementations, troubleshoot deployment challenges, and provide constructive feedback.
• Industry Relevance: Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate current trends into training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, CloudFormation).
• Expertise in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform).
• In-depth knowledge of deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure deployment frameworks.
• Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a must.

Practical Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role with hands-on deployment experience.
• Proven track record of delivering technical training or managing workshops.
• Scripting and Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify and convey complex concepts effectively.

Pay: ?490,180.36 - ?1,066,944.49 per year
