Advanced knowledge in Agile models
Ability to define Agile Playbooks and present to Stakeholders.
Experience on deploying Jira and migrating teams from one Jira instance/configuration to a new one.

Jira Configuration Migration

Develop the general criteria to be applied for Jira Template/Configuration selection by teams.
Develop the detailed documentation for Jira Support Team to be able to Migrate a Jira Project to the selected Template/Configuration
Develop change management (communication and training) materials to ensure right adoption.
Run a couple of pilot migrations to test and learn before launching global deployment.
Build a global deployment roadmap according to business needs and available resources.
Lead each Business migration execution, coordinating all involved teams and stakeholders.
Deliver training sessions to teams migrated.
Build and maintain a tracker to show migration progress, risks, and impediments.

Risk Management Practice Deployment
