1. At least 8+ years of AWS cloud experience.
2. Must have experience in working and implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers.
3. Must have experience in Customize Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrate with 3rd party applications and design Agent work flows Guides
3. Experience in building conversational interfaces for applications using voice and text leveraging Lex service.
4. Should have knowledge on Natural language processing (NLP) is mandatory.
5. Should be capable of writing Cloud formation templates.
6. Experience developing solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with code/scripting Lambdas using python
7. Should have experience in working with Azuredevops Git hub.
