Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for AWS Cloud Practitionercertification candidates. Should be able to handle End to End Training - Course Content Preparation, MaterialPreparation, Interview Questions, Mock Interviews, Live Projects Explanation, etc. Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on labs,to facilitate effective learning. Cover key AWS concepts, services, and best practices outlined in the AWS CloudPractitioner exam blueprint. Create and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and quizzes, toensure relevance and accuracy. Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training process,addressing questions and clarifying concepts as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment where participants feelencouraged to ask questions and share their experiences. Stay abreast of new AWS services, features, and updates, incorporating relevantinformation into the training curriculum. Assist participants in preparing for the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam by offering examtips, practice questions, and study resources. Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to support theirlearning and development. Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts to continuously enhance thequality and effectiveness of the training programRequirement & Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field(preferred). AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with AWS services and solutions. Proven experience delivering technical training or presentations to diverse audiences. Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with specificknowledge of AWS offerings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conveycomplex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others succeed, with a patient and supportiveattitude. Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning stylesand skill levels. Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to staying updated on AWSdevelopments and advancements.
