Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures on AWS.
Solution Implementation: Deploy and manage cloud solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more.
Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications and services.
Automation: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage cloud costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, configurations, and procedures.
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to team members on cloud best practices and technologies.
Critical Skills to Possess:
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture with a focus on AWS.
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional level) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
Strong understanding of networking, security, and IAM in AWS
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
