Job Description

We seek a highly skilled certified AWS DevOps Engineer with a proven history of creative thinking and outstanding proficiency in AWS. Roles and Responsibilities, as an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing continuous delivery systems, automating security controls and compliance processes, deploying monitoring and logging systems, designing highly available and scalable infrastructure, maintaining tools for operational automation, and driving the adoption of DevOps best practices and updates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring high availability and reliability of AWS services. Managing infrastructure components such as S3, ECS, EKS, IAM, Route 53, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch. Monitoring and optimizing production servers using AWS CloudWatch. Deploying and managing virtual machines, containers, and serverless functions. Configuring and maintaining networking resources, security groups, and load balancers. Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Integrating source code repositories with Git for version control and collaboration. Setting up and managing monitoring and logging systems using AWS CloudWatch and New Relic. Troubleshooting and resolving deployment and application performance issues. Documenting system architecture, configurations, and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for streamlined operations and project execution. KEY REQUIREMENTS AWS Certification. Proven experience in working with AWS services, including S3, ECS, EKS, IAM, Route 53, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch. Strong knowledge and proficiency in Git for version control. Demonstrated expertise in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Familiarity with Nginx as a web server. Experience in monitoring and logging systems, preferably using AWS CloudWatch and New Relic. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Outstanding documentation and collaboration abilities. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience in the SaaS, inside sales, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry. Knowledge of restaurant operations is always a plus but not necessary. Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!). Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team.
