Job Description

Conduct comprehensive assessment of the existing data center infrastructure and applications as per industry best practices. Experience performing Application portfolio analysis, define Cloud migration roadmap.




Strong knowledge of Data center services.


Good understanding of popular application stacks Multi tier web/non-web, Enterprise Apps, COTS products


Understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and integration experience of Public Cloud with traditional hosting models.


Hand on experience in Application portfolio analysis.


Strong knowledge in various Operating systems Linux, Windows


Strong knowledge of databases - RDBMBS/NoSQL/Bigdata.


Experience in analyzing existing infrastructure and applications.


5+ years of experience in any public Cloud Infrastructure experience, define and setup landing zones


Knowledge about monitoring tools Infra/App monitoring tools On prem and Cloud


Implementation experience in Cloud infrastructure services Compute, Network, Security and IAM


Knowledge about Active Directory/LDAP.


Strong knowledge about Cloud assessment tools native AWS/Azure Discovery services and thirdparty tools like Cloudamize, Stratozone, Corent.


Detailed understanding of 6Rs of Cloud migration


Knowledge about Cloud compliance standards PCI DSS, NIST, CIS, HIPAA


Experience in Infra automation tools Terraform, Ansible


Knowledge about Cloud Shared Responsibility model


Knowledge about SIEM, CSPM tools


Experience in Cloud Costing/TCO analysis/Cost optimization About Virtusa
