Job Description

Primary: Expertise in compute (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3, EBS, Glacier), and database services (RDS, DynamoDB).


Secondary: Proficiency with networking services like VPC, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), CloudFront

Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security tools like AWS KMS, Shield, and WAF.


Familiarity with services like AWS Lambda (serverless), Amazon Redshift (data warehousing), Elastic Beanstalk, and ECS/EKS for container orchestration.


Ability to design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS.


Proficiency in designing multi-tier and distributed architectures with microservices, load balancing, and auto-scaling.


Hands-on experience with IaC tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for automating infrastructure deployment.


Understanding AWS pricing models and ability to design cost-efficient architectures.


Expertise in using AWS tools like Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor for cost monitoring and optimization.


Experience in setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and third-party tools like Jenkins.


Proficiency in automating processes using AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, and scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.


Expertise in setting up monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, ElasticSearch Service, and CloudTrail for auditing.


Ability to design and implement secure AWS architectures, ensuring encryption, secure access control, and compliance with industry standards.


Knowledge of security standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR and ensuring AWS environment compliance.


Experience in migrating on-premises applications and data to AWS using tools like AWS DMS (Data Migration Service) and Server Migration Service (SMS).


Expertise in designing secure and scalable network architectures using VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups, and Network ACLs.


Experience with Route 53 for DNS, VPNs, and Direct Connect for hybrid connectivity.


Proficiency in designing secure environments with IAM, MFA, Security Groups, and AWS KMS for encryption.
