Job Responsibilities

Implementing and enhancing cloud-based solutions, with a focus on AWS and On-Premises technologies.

Automating pipelines and environments to streamline development, integration, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Enhancing system resilience and reliability by identifying and addressing service and security issues through updated monitoring systems.

Elevating the level of automation in integration, deployment, monitoring, and configuration management aspects of both solutions and development infrastructure.

Contributing to solution architecture design, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Disseminating industry best practices in cloud-based solutions, DevOps, SRE and related areas.

Demonstrating proficiency in a programming language commonly used in systems development.

Designing and deploying assets and code within an Agile (Scrum) environment, catering to the needs of deploying, testing, monitoring, and maintaining components for cutting-edge service platforms.

Leading day-to-day operational support for services developed using DevOps practices.

Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement incident response plans.

Engaging actively in the end-to-end design and development lifecycle, spanning from initial concept to final deployment.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 5+ years of experience (equivalent years of directly related experience)

Experience with infrastructure configuration, monitoring, alerting and automation processes and tools: Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Chef.

Proven experience in designing and/or developing infrastructure, configuration, and deployment automation within a large-scale or highly complex context.

Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python.

Hands-on experience with various cloud technologies like Kubernetes, serverless computing,

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex topics across multiple organizations and at different levels.

Preferred Experience/Skills

Strong understanding of large-scale software-defined network management, modeling, and troubleshooting.

Progressive experience in broad-based Information Technology (IT) experience participating in projects and playing a pivotal role in the successful design and implementation of the projects.

Practical familiarity with virtualization, storage, and networking technologies, including VMware ESXi and KVM

Certified AWS Solutions Architect and/or AWS Developer is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of professional software development/programming experience with languages such as Python, Ruby, modern JavaScript, Java, C++, or C#.
