Summary:The AVP- Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the talent acquisition efforts and strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role will also work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and hiring.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.\xc2\xb7 Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.\xc2\xb7 Maintain relationships with passive candidates and build a network of potential candidates.\xc2\xb7 Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the companys employer brand and promote the organization as an employer of choice.\xc2\xb7 Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other events to increase the company's visibility in the job market.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.\xc2\xb7 Stay current with best practices in talent acquisition and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Masters degree in Human Resources\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.\xc2\xb7 Experience in managing recruitment for non-technical roles is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb9800,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
