They work with team managers, team members and occasionally with Learning & Development. They help sales managers in on boarding and deployment of trained sales officers. This includes training on conducting sustainable, systems, soft skills, implementing Group mandates on risk management and regulatory complianceThis job may carry out some or all of these tasks:

  • Coach and support the development of team members
  • Collaborates with learning teams to oversee the design, testing, customisation and execution of training in support of business strategies
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with the HSBC Bank policy standards and regulatory requirements
  • The role would be responsible for accomplishing INM objectives (Financial & Non-Financial) for Insurance (Life & Non-Life) by forecasting requirements, preparing a road map, analyzing variances, initiating change through Regional PEs and Wealth Development team
  • Actively support PWPs to offer clients solutions that meet their needs and risk profile
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise by working closely with product team and product providers
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with the WPBs policy standards and regulatory requirements
  • Comply with local regulations in all aspects of strategy, sales processes, product suitability, client correspondence, financial promotions, administration, and complaint handling
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls
  • Pro-actively complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and ensure coaching and development action plans are developed and agreed upon with line manager in order to meet and maintain compliance and T&C standards
Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
