• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to link financial performance with operational decisions to drive cost efficiency
• Knowledge in developing and managing Business
• Continuity Plans (BCP), including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to establish and manage an effective operating rhythm, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations
• Proficiency in analyzing operational data to provide insights, track KPIs, and supporting decision making
• Advanced skills in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc. to present financial and operational performance data clearly
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, providing strategic advice and operational insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make data driven decisions

Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Masters degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable.

Length & Type of Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in banking industry
