Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily/weekly cash positions and monitor cash status for raising funds \xe2\x80\x93 externally from banks, MFs, Corporates, HNIs etc using allowed and approved funding instruments by closely working with Finance, Operations and other teams.
• Prospect, identify and onboard feasible funding providers through daily rigorous activity management by working closely with finance, existing RM & other teams.
• Monitor excess cash and maximize the return on investments in compliance with the company\'s investment policies.
• Assist in operationalizing the invoicing, payment and reporting process of LGs and support digitizing process with control officer, operations & finance team
• Stay updated and implement current guidelines on all industry issues and regulations applicable to the duties of the position, by working with respective teams
• Coordinate due diligence requests with bank representatives, counsel and underwriters for external funding.
• Prepare monthly treasury dashboard for review with senior management.
• Provide support on special projects or additional duties as & when needed.
• Work as an individual contributor as well as a close team member in a fast paced environment
• Identifying, negotiating and implementing additional avenues in raising funds, keeping in mind funding requirement of the entity on overall basis.
• Coordination with banks, financial institutions and rating agencies for collation and submission of the requisite data on ongoing basis.
• Understanding and preparation of Asset Liability Management.
• Understanding of financial statements and other related reports.
• Outspoken personality to source various funding requirement and interact in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in accounting, business, computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in the BFSI industry
• Fluency in customer interactions and flair to learn and evolve
• Experience with spreadsheets, IRR, C#, and General Ledger software and systems.
• Comfortable with decision making and problem solving for clients.
• Demonstrated time management and critical thinking skills.

Additional Information

• Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
