The job of the \'Assistant Vice President -Sales\' is a pivotal piece in propagating SmartQ\'s Solutions to various B2B Segments. This role requires planning, strategizing & executing winning strategies to build a strong sales pipeline and close sales. OKRs for the job is revenue generation and helping SmartQ capture complete Domestic as well as international market in B2B Food Tech space. The job also demands strong leadership skills to lead a sales team capable of performing and driving great results in the form of revenue. What You Will Be Doing He/she will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisitions, revenue targets and also doing strategic tie-ups leading to faster conversion. The role requires a capable and driven individual to learn about operating sectors, deploy an analytical and data-driven approach to building partnerships, focusses on the consultative approach of selling, and be a natural relationship manager. We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals, structured thinkers, and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to building commercial partnerships with various sectors Initiate business development partnerships for the company. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Motivate the team to perform at its best. A target-oriented approach which realizes the company\'s revenue goals. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate. Requirements Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/ or from B2B Food Tech Sector / SAAS Sales will be preferred Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. 6 to 10 years of experience in the B2B Business Development Domain. A high degree of focus along with time management and planning. In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong people and leadership skills.
