Hi All,We are having urgent opening for AVP - Sales & marketing with one of our Flexible packaging industry .Job Title :- AVP - Sales & marketingExperience :- 15 to 20 YrsCTC :- 15 to 19 LPAJob Location :- AhmedabadIndustry- Flexible packagingCandidates should have handled sales of flexible packaging, developed team, branding,Brief for AVP - Sales & Marketing1. Heading Sales & Marketing to achieve Sales volume growth through:a. Develop Existing Product matrix with structures, characteristic Parameters
b. Develop Existing Customer Base with Customer classifications and Rating
c. Developing New Customer Base through newly developed Product range in
coordination with R&PD team,
d. Understand Production and logistics process, Time and Resource optimization.
e. Support operations team for optimum Asset Utilisation by balancing & enhancing sales
volume in all the available SKU ranges.2 Track and Monitor Sales order execution from firm order booking to deliveries maintain and
improve meeting delivery time lines. Customer coordination to effectively address customer
Grievances & Redressals through corrective & preventive actions.
3. Building Sales & Marketing Team and Inventoriesa. Review S&M Organization chart and the capability requirements in light of Plan
preparedMake time based Plan for recruitments to fill the positionsb. Prepare JDs, KRAs. & KPIs of the team Induction kit of Sales & Marketing Team
c. Effective Training and Development plan & execution of S&M Team
d. Support & handhold developing standardized Marketing inventories for customer visits.4. Reporting MIS and S&M Metrics
Build strong marketing data base and reporting metrics & performance Indicators to assess the
Performance and make action plans and way forwards.
5. Finance & Commercialsa. optimize product Costing and selling price and expense management
b. Understand the Financials & costing concept - ready reckoner of margins & offer
submission
c. Develop a System of Credit Rating of Customers & strategic mechanism to dealing with
d. Closely monitor the payment Status and Recoveries against the delivered orders.6. Brand building & Media Presencea. Work on building strong media presence using digital content and Organizing/
participating in marketing events
b. Work on brand building through advertising initiatives, working in coordination with
R&PD and BSE teams to build and popularize companies value/ vision / Policies and
work culture.
