We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales to lead our sales team and drive the business growth in the real estate sector.

Position Overview:

As the AVP of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand presence in the market. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage sales operations, guide the sales team, and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest standards. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring that sales objectives are aligned with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet annual sales targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

3. Market Analysis & Expansion:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate brokers, and industry partners to drive sales and business development.

5. Sales Operations & Reporting:

• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and nurturing to deal closure. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

6. Sales Training & Development:

• Provide continuous training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.

7. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives.

8. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.

9. Customer Experience:

• Ensure exceptional customer experience by addressing client concerns promptly and managing post-sale activities to maintain long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role (preferably in a real estate developer or builder firm).

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in real estate.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, customer behavior, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?3,000,000.00 per year
