The Opportunity:

• Platform Management under GPB COO function supports new and ongoing cross-market/functional activities such as various RTB initiatives including Front Office process improvements and streamlining, outsourcing and third party management, regulatory reporting, real estate and infrastructure support, and business resiliency matters. You will be working with a knowledgeable team assisting with the various RTB activities and supporting ongoing governance of the GPB Singapore Business.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Supports Singapore GPB COO on various run-the-bank activities.
• Assist in platform-related review work, ensuring that GPB continues to operate in accordance to our cross border rules and target markets.
• Participate in ongoing platform initiatives to document pain points and work across platform on issues resolution to improve efficiency and robustness of platform.
• Support delivery of any change in compliance and control standards and ensures requirements are integrated into PB\xe2\x80\x99s Business processes.
• Provides support in relation to ongoing governance and licensing requirements of Private Bank Business.
• Works across functions and stakeholders to manage any end-to-end changes on the platform.
• Prepares targeted communications to update platforms on key developments, new launches, process changes etc
• Supports any campaigns and data analytics including but not limited to data scoping, training, reporting, deck and paper preparation.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)
• Prior Business Management & Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
• Stakeholder Management \xe2\x80\x93 ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
• Strong communicator \xe2\x80\x93 able to express ideas via various communication channels
• Strong Excel and report production
• Good in data analytics with a keen eye for details
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Self-starter with ability to make balanced and independent decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Private Bank practices, platform, products, services and controls

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Moderate level knowledge of all investment, banking, insurance and credit products offered by GPB. Knowledge of operational, trading and overall business knowledge would be beneficial.
• Highly professional approach, competent with the ability to work independently and drive forward elements of key GPB product and service related projects.

• Continuous development is required by the role holder in understanding the complex global business and changing regulatory environment.
• Continuous need to improve in-depth understanding of operational processes/procedures and systems needed to support GPBs complex product and service offering, including the ongoing changes to these.
• Proficient in multi-tasking and engaging with different internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally.
• Tight deadline management of own tasks and tasks within a project
• Steep but wide learning curve across a global complex business with a diverse product range.
