Role & Responsibility :-
•1. Revenue Planning and Execution: •
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue plan for healthcare operations within the state communicate with Regional Business Head.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the state and develop planning to capitalize on them.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and monitor the revenue growth.
•2. Daily review and reporting of revenue numbers: •
- Monitor and analyse revenue figures on a daily basis for each state.
- Prepare detailed reports and share them with the Director of Operations or the appropriate Stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the data analysis to Regional Business Heads.
•3. Weekly target revenue achievement: •
- Set weekly revenue targets in alignment with overall business goals.
- Work closely with state teams to develop and execute the planning to achieve this revenue.
- Provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful revenue generation.
•4. Expansion of revenue lines and business ventures: •
- Identify opportunities for diversifying revenue streams and expanding the business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility of new revenue lines and business ventures.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and launch new initiatives
•5. Stakeholder Engagement: •
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and other networking events.
•6. Team Management: •
- Management of day-to-day observations to state staffs and support personnel of market studies on stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture,
- Set revenue targets, conduct performance evaluations, and provide regular feedback to ensure quarterly revenue generations.
•7. Manage and provide guidance to state heads: •
- To manage state teams and overseeing all revenue streams.
- Act as the point of contact with the teams.
- Collaborate with them to ensure efficient operations, address any challenges, and align revenue targets of State teams.
•8. Coordination with marketing teams: •
- Collaborate with both the field/offline marketing team and the digital marketing team to align strategies with revenue achievements.
- Provide input and insights into marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize revenue generation.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between the marketing teams and the state teams.
•9. Overall regional performance management: •
- Monitor the overall performance of your state in terms of revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify the needs of improvement and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all states within your state.
•10. Budget Management: •
- Develop and manage state budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget control.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, service expansion, and operational optimization.
•11. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: •
- Establish and track performance metrics and KPIs for state centres.
- Analyse centre performance data, identify trends, and take appropriate actions to address issues.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations, highlighting regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
•12. Operational Management: •
- Provide leadership and guidance to state team members.
- Implement standardized operational processes, policies, and procedures across states.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and operational data to drive improvements and optimize efficiency.
•13. Compliance and Quality Assurance: •
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes and protocols to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Address any compliance or quality issues promptly and take corrective actions as required.
•14. Risk Management: •
- Identify and mitigate risks related to healthcare operations.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, protocols to ensure patient safety, data security, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
