We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP Operations - Banking Services


Principal responsibilities


• Banking Services, WPB operations, within Global Operations provides end to end banking capability to support the Customers/ branches across various regions and is one of the most seasoned team when it comes to WPB account opening, servicing and closures broadly . The profile would require driving teams to achieve quantitative business goals through constant communication, training and monitoring individuals, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
• To provide a high quality service to internal and external customers.
• Working with internal departments/third parties to provide an efficient and seamless' joined up' service to customers.
• Deliver high-quality SME support to the team and also colleagues from counterpart site.
• Support DBS Management with the management and governance of all queues.
• Ensure that the Procedures are reviewed continuously and changes made where required to improve end customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and complex enquiries/problem situations.
• Support the communication of updates internally and externally and ensure they are cascaded and understood by all operators.
Requirements
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, including proven experience of working with varied types of stakeholders across regions
• Thorough understanding of Banking Operations, Consumer
• Operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments
• General inquisitiveness with a willingness to learn and challenge the status quo where appropriate
• Will be added advantage if has knowledge of OPEX & its tools
• Knowledge on reconciliation, substantiation, collection / recovery / transfer of monies aiding matching off outstanding debits / credits
• Thorough knowledge on BMM, the primary workflow tool for UK.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (10+2+3)
