Responsibilities:-
• Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals.
• Enhance brand awareness and reputation by creating and curating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Establish the brand as a thought leader in personal finance across social media platforms.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including graphics, videos, blogs, infographics, and more. Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Foster and manage online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and facilitating discussions around personal finance topics.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools. Track key metrics, analyse trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Proactively manage potential social media crises, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to any negative feedback or issues that arise.
• Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
