Preparation of marketing materials used in the transactions, including information memorandums, management presentations and pitch books
Managing the team of analysts and associates for deal execution
Review & Development of various types of financial models for M&A/PE transactions
Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transaction
Participate in negotiations and other closure activities
Assist Partners with the development of broader strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
Qualifications:
2-6 years of relevant experience in Investment banking space or working on the buy side of corporate development teams of IT services companies
Should have worked in/closed minimum of 2-3 deals in PE / M&A across sectors. Experience in closure of M&A deals in IT Services space would be viewed positively
CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience
