The firm offers a gateway for foreign institutional investors into the emerging Indian economy, our team identifies strategic opportunities over horizon of 3 to 5 years.

- The Firms business model is Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE), which deals with fund raising through secondary market for listed and unlisted companies in India.

- The sources of fund raising are FPI & FD our focus areas of countries are USA, UK, Luxembourg, Singapore & Mauritius, and the Government Controlled Funds. We have identified 5 core sectors which are

1. Hospitals

2. Agriculture, FMCG CUM ALCOHOL

3. Defense i.e. Army, Navy and Air Force

Major Role: AVP Investment Banking

The candidate should be passionate about Leadership and investment banking. Should possess expert knowledge to set up processes and systems.

1) Investment Banker (Corporate Client Acquisitions)

2) Must have Fund Raising Experience

2) To handle buy side and sale side mandate of unlisted and listed Corporate

3) Your services would include travelling and meeting the corporates and sourcing the mandates PAN India and meeting the investors and closing funds raising PAN India. You shall also have one Associate VP for sourcing the mandate and one associate investor relation.
