• Lead the Integration and Testing CoE to deliver large-scale digital projects.
• Manage SOA delivery, ensuring on-time, under-budget, and zero-defect outcomes.
• Optimize operating models leveraging emerging trends like GenAI and DevSecOps.
• Own integration architecture, promote robust DevOps processes, and establish enterprise-wide policies.
• Conduct integration design reviews and gap analysis to enhance system integration.

Testing CoE:

• Develop standardized testing processes and methodologies across the organization.
• Establish testing governance aligned with digital goals and allocate resources efficiently.
• Evaluate and manage testing tools, promoting automation for optimal testing coverage and efficiency.

Measures of Success:

• On-time delivery with zero budget overruns.
• High availability of the API platform.
• Increased testing efficiency and automation.

Requirements:

• B.E / MCA from a reputed institute
• 12-16 years of delivery management/Integration Management/ Testing Management experience
• Experience in any of the automation Tools like Selenium (WebDriver), Cucumber (BDD), CI Tools (Jenkins, TeamCity), Postman, ReadyAPI (REST/SOAP), Katalon (web/api/mobile), JMeter, HP UFT 12.51 (QTP)/LeanFT, OpenSTA (Performance Tool), JIRA XRAY, HP ALM 12.2x, Jira, VBA Macros, Rally, BrowerStack, SauceLabs, Smartbear, TestComplete, OpenSTA. POSTMAN,
• At least 2-3 years of experience in desigining Hybrid cloud applications
• Experience in automation Framework like BDD / ATDD, Page Object Model (POM), Keyword Driven, Modular Data Driven, Hybrid Solution in Selenium, HP UFT, TestComplete, Katalon Studio
• Experience in DevOps : Jenkins Pipeline, TeamCity, Docker, GIT, SVN, Maven, SonarCube, SAST/DAST
• Software Design Methodology: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Behavioral Driven Development (BDD), Waterfalls
