In addition to this, we also have Regional Engagement Hubs across India and a co-working space in Bangalore.Role Summary/Purpose:The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple high visibility, cross-functional projects, working with the Identity and Access Management organization, broader information technology and security teams to manage IAM strategic programs and regulatory findings. This exciting role requires critical thinking skills, building key relationships, collaboration, and facilitation skills to drive transformation of Identity and Access Management.Essential Responsibilities:Support critical IAM programs; coordinate cross-functionally with IAM teams, Information Security teams and business IT stakeholders to manage the successful delivery of IAM projectsDeliver on suitable short-term and long-term strategic objectivesDrive and deliver program issues / risks and resolution, decision logs, communication plans and other program documentation to ensure project goals are achieved and audit traceability is in placeEngage regularly with key stakeholders on issues/risk and decisions and gather feedback on implementation of solutions impacting the organizationEstablish and support program metrics and evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement as well as timely reporting of program status throughout its life cyclePrepare and present reports for program sponsors and leadershipQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience; technology or equivalent related field preferred, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor\'s degree, a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Information TechnologyMinimum of 5 years of experience managing large scale, cross functional projectMinimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on information security in one or more of the following areas: IAM, security operations, security architecture, policy/governanceMinimum of 4 years of experience supporting auditors, audit inquiries and ad-hoc reportingSolid management skillsExperience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity and variance analysisStrong problem solving skillsStrong oral and written communication (presentation) skillsProgram Management Certified (PMP) preferredDesired Characteristics:Experience with financial industry regulatory requirements, audit and risk managementDemonstrated Identity and Access Management project leadershipDeep understanding of password security best practicesKnowledge of secure storage systems and databasesFamiliarity with key management systemsDemonstrated ability to manage large projectsDemonstrated project leadership, facilitation, and customer service experienceSelf-starter with a strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude with the flexibility to change directions quicklySuperior written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead others through changeStrong analytical and clear-thinking skillsUnderstanding of financial security and regulatory standards, including, but not limited to SOX IT-404, PCI, NIST, FFIECAbility to take input from multiple stakeholders, complex business and technical requirements, quickly determine the appropriate security solution and then drive the outcomeIndustry-recognized security certification such as CISSP, CISM or CISAEligibility Criteria:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience; technology or equivalent related field preferred, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor\'s degree, a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Information TechnologyWork Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)(WORK TIMINGS: This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time \xe2\x80\x93 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
