With so many opportunities available, this is where you can make your mark and help define the FinTech industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead development teams through all phases of the Agile development life cycleCoach & mentor junior talentInfluence and collaborate with software developers, UX designers, product managers, application architects, and customer application experts to create amazing appsEnsure compliance with architecture, security and technology standards set by SynchronyParticipate in addressing root cause analyses, incident reports and provide direction in problem resolutionAbility to analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, and implement fixesProvide 24x7 on-call support periodically throughout the year Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve system performanceWork with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate their software into Synchrony\xe2\x80\x99s productsRequired Skills/Knowledge:Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practicesAbility to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goalsAdvanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplinesProficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Redux, Styled-Components, & RTLDesired Skills/Knowledge:Live and breathe testingExtremely self-driven and can work autonomouslyA desire to be in the FinTech spaceGood to Have Cypress e2e Implementation.Good to Have understand Accessibility, Analytics Implementation.Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and a minimum of 4 years in full stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript (ReactJS in particular) OR, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED with years of experience in the same.Work Timings:This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time \xe2\x80\x93 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
