Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Vice President (AVP) & Lead Partner Distribution to join our team in Delhi NCR. The AVP will be instrumental in expanding our partner distribution network and driving growth through strategic partnerships, with a focus on wealth management and managers' circle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribution Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy to expand our partner network in Delhi NCR, focusing on wealth management firms, private bankers, and managers' circles.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including wealth management firms, private bankers, and managers' circles, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new partners within the wealth management sector who can contribute to revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their understanding of our products and services, enabling them to effectively promote and sell to their clients.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the wealth management industry, leveraging insights to refine distribution strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of distribution managers and associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution management within the financial services industry, with a strong background in wealth management and relationships with managers' circles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of wealth management practices, products, and client servicing within managers' circles.
- Network: Established network of relationships with wealth management firms, private bankers, and managers' circles in Delhi NCR.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, adept at using data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize partner relationships.
