We are a fast-growing organization working with Citi businesses and functions across the world.What do we do:We simplify, streamline, and automate controls strengthening our ability to prevent issues.Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.Expertise Required:For Automation Development Role;Responsibility

• Lead a team of analyst to gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patters, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business planning and resource allocation.
• Stay current to industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to constantly improve process and methodologies.

Analytical Skills

• Proficient in Data analysis & Data patterns.
• Good with formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data.
• Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis with Data.
• Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.
• Proficient with data manipulation and problem solving to effectively work with large datasets and drive actionable conclusions.

Tools and Platforms

• Hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python and have strong RDBMS concepts.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA

Nice to have - Experience on below:

• Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.

Domain SkillsGood understanding of

• Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Functional Skills

• Business risk, controls, compliance, and data management.

Nice to have - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit ProcessSoft Skills

• Proven leadership ability with experience in mentoring and developing a team of analyst

Basic Qualifications

• Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
• (Preferred) Postgraduate in - Masters in computers

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in developing codes on SAS, SQL, Python environment

For Visualization Role :Expertise Required:Analytical/Project Management Skills

• Proficient in Data analysis & Data patterns.
• Subject matter expert with formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data.
• Champion in transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.
• Hands-on in designing and development of Charts, Graphs, and complex Dashboard for Controls Testing Automation.
• Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.
• Manage and lead a variety of activities designed to implement process level data enhancements in support of the strategic plan to improve Dashboards.
• Having productive team meetings, 1-on-1 meetings regularly with all team members.
• Understand concerns, challenges and roadblocks team is facing and provide them all the required support to overcome the same.

Tools and Platforms

• Hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI(Advanced)
• Proficient in SQL/SAS, Teradata
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Skillful in Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.

Domain SkillsGood understanding of

• Banking domain (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)
• Data Management and Data Workflow
