Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT departments and consultants to ensure smooth ERP, Data Warehouse, and Middleware integrations implementations and maintenance.Assist in implementation and maintenance of financial applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM systems like OneStream/Hyperion, Coupa, Concur, and reconciliation tools like Trintech/Duco/IVP.Design and develop data modeling, data warehouse and reports for the end users and drive the administration of an enterprise-wide reporting/business intelligence/analyticsLead software development efforts in one or more languages/frameworks such as SQL, Python, , Scala, .NET (plus).Prepare all necessary documentation, document technical solutions and other related deliverables using tools like JIRA and ConfluenceAssist end users in application/system issuesAvailable 50% during US PST working hours and 50% during Ares India working hours to be able to interface with US resources and autonomously guide the Ares India CFS team in solutioningLead and manage Ares India CFS team members and being responsible and taking ownership of the team\xe2\x80\x99s work product and quality in context of broader initiativesLiaison to the application architecture, business analysts and PMO teams to ensure guidelines and process across all technology initiatives are aligned properlyQUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Computing, Finance, Information Systems or related fieldsExperience Required:10-12 years of relevant financial domain, experience in applications and hands on development and delivery experience implementation in Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM applications and Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions. Minimum 3 years in team lead/manager capacity.Strong knowledge and experience in financial accounting systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM systems like OneStream/Hyperion, Coupa, Concur, reconciliation tools like Trintech/Duco/IVPExpertise and hands on software development required in one or more languages/frameworks such as advanced SQL (Required), Python, Scala, .NET (plus)Experience with enterprise applications integrations requiredStrong data modeling skills and experience with diverse data structuresExperience with Azure and Cloud technologies (Azure Data actory, Azure Synapse and Azure data bricks) is a big plus.Good to have experience in Microsoft SQL Server - Integration Services, Analysis Server, Reporting Services and Report Builders such as Power BIStrong experience and versatility in application architecture, design and implementation across a variety of platformsKnowledge/Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation)/Power Apps is a plusExperience managing and delivering projects with Agile and traditional frameworksGeneral Requirements:Attention to detail a mustAdaptable, ability to manage multiple priorities, organized, and independentStrong/concise communication skills, experience providing support to end usersStrong documentation skills of process, steps, methodologyStrong team playerHigh energy levelFamiliarity with alternative manager or investment management industry/Corporate Finance business functions is a plusReporting Relationships Vice President, Enterprise SystemsThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
