To oversee the claims processing lifecycle from initiation of a claim through to settlement.
This role is tasked with providing Claim settlement focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for building a strong and robust team as well as implement processes around claims servicing.
Structured Team reviews & publishing of process monitoring dashboards on a regular basis to ensure that SOP is adhered to and promptly escalated exceptions on process compliance as appropriate.
Stay up to date on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Thorough on the compliance and regulatory requirements and implementation in the claims process.
Ensure claims of valid settlements are made according to the company practice and procedures.
Examine claim forms and records to determine the coverage in the insurance policy statements.
Collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing on market trends, legal changes, and loss developments.
Building a new age claim management system along with tech department
Set up and create robust governance to manage claim assessment and settlement process.
RequirementsRequired Skills:
Must have 12-14 years experience of Insurance claims management.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in lead role.
Need experience of setting up a team from scratch (Preferred but not mandatory)
Should Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Educational Qualification:MBA/CA/Agri Graduate/preferably agricultural related graduate degree.
