  • Manage the GCOO CoE strategy implementation, Manage GCOO CoE employee engagement strategy and execute events.
  • Maintaining and updating Products & Services Catalog, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and publishing of dashboards for GCOO CoE.
  • Support the onboarding process for new joiners, including updating induction pack along with supporting the team on internal and external communications, including periodic achievement summaries.
  • BCIM support including review of submissions and maintaining consistency in documentation.
  • Support drafting and presenting GCOO CoE business case/plans and Execute special projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the Financial Resource Planning (FRP) budgeting and forecasting process for GCOO COE and consolidated reporting.
  • Aid the scorecard activities for GCOO/ DBS ExCo, including management of a golden source data dictionary.
  • Develop strong relationships across the bank including DBS, GCOO Office to deliver key priorities of GCOO.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in the end-to-end process.
Requirements
  • Understanding of direct and indirect cost management.
  • Experience working with and analysing financial and people data, Governance, MI and Reporting and written communication.
  • Project management, operational management, and people management experience, Continuous improvement and change management experience.
  • Experience in risk or control management is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in banking/ financial services, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong reporting & organizing skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of reporting tools and complex MI are preferred.
  • Strong analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions.
  • Expertise in all MS Office tools and basic SharePoint maintenance.
  • Excellent research capabilities, proof reading, attention to detail and presentation skills, Innovative and critical thinking.
  • Agility and ability to quickly take on oversight of matters with limited prior exposure.
