Role Overview:


As AVP Branding you will be responsible for shaping our brand strategy and execution. This is a leadership role where we wish to hire a leader who will help us define our brand and build the branding team of SolarSquare. The ideal candidate for this role is enterprising, scrappy yet strategic, data oriented, consumer first thinker and have a strong knack for execution.


Key Responsibilities:


• Brand Strategy & Vision
+ Derive consumer insights and help us identify the best brand messaging and positioning
+ Work closely with founders to shape brand vision and strategy
+ Build annual branding budgets and plans to meet business objectives
+ Execute branding vision day-to-day by collaborating with agencies, content team, design team and marketing team
+ Lead end-to-end development of multi-channel brand campaigns
+ Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to optimize reach and effectiveness.
+ Lead cross functional initiatives such as setting up experience centers for company

Qualifications:


• 8-12 years of experience in brand building, preferably within the FMCG, consumer durables or start-up world
• MBA from tier I colleges preferred (IIMs, ISB, etc.)
